This is an app used by the team at Pragmatic for tracking their individual progress in certain areas of web and WordPress development. Users can create an account, assign themselves a rating for each skill, then they are added to leaderboards, where Project Managers, Producers, and Account Managers can compare skill levels and determine who is appropriate for what job.
